Audiences young and old will delight in this charming retelling of the classic fairytale by composer Seymour Barab – performed by a talented cast of singers from Seagle Festival.
The production is sung in English and appropriate for children pre-K to 6th grade. It is approximately 35 minutes long and will be followed by a Q&A session with the audience. The operatic version of the story follows the traditional fairytale with beautiful and accessible music, and clever rhymes throughout.
