Chef Joseph Michaud will guide guests through a five-course menu, sharing the ingredients, techniques, and inspiration behind each dish. The intimate format offers a closer look at the creativity and care that go into every course.
Two seatings are available on August 9:
Advance reservations are required, and seating is limited. Beverages, tax, and gratuity may be additional. Menu substitutions may be limited due to the nature of the tasting experience.
