Please join Amy Nolte of @Soul Energy Evolution for a sound bath using native drums, rainsticks and chimes as we create the sounds of the forest and nature. Amy will lead a drumming circle, then a seated or reclining meditation and blessing of Saratoga spring water in ceremony.
