Come join us in celebrating our annual maple weekend, where the maple syrup producers association welcomes you to experience making maple syrup from start to finish. Learn about taping, taste sap, come see how collection is done. Taste maple samples, gather recipes and have a good time. Bring the kids and friends to meet the goats of Hop City Maple. Products will be available for purchase, along with the amazing Dickinson's Delights on-site making crepes and other food to order.
