About this event
Join Lin Murphy and Molly Brindle in the Saratoga Spa State Park near the Creekside Classroom for a tour of mineral springs, blessing of the waters ceremony, and Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) walk. Let life flow like water and get grounded in nature as you share the beauty of this park and its unique mineral water with members of our community. Children 12 and under are free. All others, $20 per person via Eventbrite or in person at the event. Sorry, no dogs!
